Terms of Service

Penquil is a tool for creating, scheduling, and publishing LinkedIn content using LinkedIn's official API, with AI-assisted writing and analytics. The Service is currently in pre-launch; the waitlist lets you register interest and receive updates. Features may change before and after launch.

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account, including keeping your credentials secure.

When you connect a LinkedIn account, you authorize Penquil to act on your behalf through LinkedIn's official API for the actions you request (such as publishing posts and retrieving your own analytics). Your use of LinkedIn remains subject to the LinkedIn User Agreement and applicable LinkedIn policies, and you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with them. Penquil does not perform automation, scraping, or any activity that LinkedIn prohibits.

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not use the Service to violate the rights or terms of any third party, including LinkedIn.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

You retain ownership of the content you create with the Service. You grant Penquil the limited rights needed to store, process, and publish that content on your behalf in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you publish.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Penquil and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

The waitlist is free. If and when paid plans launch, applicable fees, billing terms, and refund policies will be presented at the point of purchase and processed by our payment provider.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular results, reach, or growth on LinkedIn. Penquil is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Penquil will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
