• Waitlist information. If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address.
• Account information. When the product launches, we collect your name, email, and authentication details to create and secure your account.
• LinkedIn data you authorize. With your explicit consent via LinkedIn OAuth, we access only what is needed to provide the service: your basic profile, content you create and publish through Penquil, your own post and profile analytics, and access tokens. We do notscrape LinkedIn, and we never collect other members' private data.
• Usage data. Basic analytics and logs (e.g., pages viewed, errors) to operate and improve the service.

• To send you waitlist and launch updates.
• To provide, secure, and improve the service.
• To publish content and retrieve your own analytics on your behalf, only when you direct us to.
• To respond to support requests and comply with the law.

Penquil interacts with LinkedIn exclusively through LinkedIn's official API and in accordance with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use. We store access tokens securely, use them only to perform actions you request, and you can disconnect a LinkedIn account at any time to revoke our access. We do not sell LinkedIn data and do not use it to build profiles of non-users.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate Penquil, under contracts that limit their use of it, such as hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing, and AI providers that generate content from inputs you provide. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your waitlist email or account data at any time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and limit access to it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Penquil may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.

Penquil is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
